Above is a lovely holiday card designed by Laurie Schmidlin. Here’s what she has to say about it:
“In keeping with the winter theme :-), I put together a simple but fun Christmas card. I wanted to use my new snowman stamp (from Rubber Soul)...but wanted to keep my layout fairly simple (and easy to mass produce). So, I used my Mile High Alphabet set to spell the word “Joy” (with the snowman standing in for the “o”). I mounted it on a piece of patterned paper (from the Winter Soulstice Collection), and then added some ribbon, a Dew Drop, and of course some Stickles (what’s a snowman with out sparkle??)! I was so impressed when I was at the new Rubber Soul website…and just had to share about it! They have not only re-vamped their site…but have added tons of new products!! I still have some of the brand new Wordsworth Remembering sets that I can’t wait to ink up (I love the unique quotes and beautiful fonts), and plan to do so very soon!”
